Kathleen Wright Reilly RD, LDN, CDN
I started my career as a weight-centric dietitian. I helped individuals lose and manage their weight for years. I've worked with hundreds of individuals struggling with thoughts of being a failure. Diets did not work, they were sick of binging and restricting, and they were coming to me for the answers. However, I realized quickly that prescribing strict meal plans, assigning calorie counts and neglecting disordered eating behaviors contributed to the problem. I started to shift my focus from weight loss to fostering our relationship with food and putting intention into the behaviors we have control of.
And, this is where the magic happened.
I truly believe that food can be our medicine, but not at the expense of our mental health. I now encompass a non-diet approach to nutrition and help my clients transform their relationship with food through intuitive eating principles. I want to help you discover the joy in food again, put intention into your eating habits and uncover what healthy means for you.

Hi, I’m Steph! A Registered Dietitian who helps women with PCOS and those struggling with their relationship with food to find wellness without obsession. Too often women are diagnosed with PCOS and given no clear direction. I’m here to offer judgment-free, weight-inclusive care in order to best manage your PCOS while prioritizing your relationship with food.
I believe all foods have a place in our diet. I’m here to support you in finding a lifestyle that makes you feel good physically, mentally, and emotionally. Promoting healthful habits does not have to mean restricting yourself. Nutrition by addition is my jam!
I don’t believe in diets and I promise to never put you on one! I work to teach people how to fuel their bodies in a balanced, joyful, and flavorful way. Food can and should be fun!
When I'm not talking to clients, you can catch me making sourdough or going for an ocean swim with my dad and sisters.
Hi there! I'm Faith, a dietitian with a focus on PCOS, navigating the ins and outs of this condition firsthand. My journey with PCOS has led me to discover the impact of food and lifestyle changes. Now, I'm here to share what I've learned and help others do the same. My approach is rooted in HAES (Health at Every Size), focusing on overall well-being rather than just numbers on a scale. I know how overwhelming the world of nutrition can be, especially with PCOS, so I'm here to cut through the noise and provide clear, practical guidance.
I want to make life easier for you when it comes to food. It shouldn't be a chore or something you stress over. Let's make it enjoyable! I'm here to take away the guilt and confusion so you can feel good about what you eat and how you live. Let's tackle PCOS together and make healthy eating something you actually look forward to.
Hi there! I'm Jen, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others reclaim the joy in food through gentle nutrition strategies. Too many of us, particularly women, have been ambushed with messaging about "ideal" body types, hacks to speed metabolism, and tips for weight loss. This messaging can be even more prevalent for people with PCOS, as doctors dispense the ever-present advice to "just lose weight" in order to manage symptoms. My goal is to strip away the stigma about weight and to teach you how to have fun with food again!
I believe that everyone deserves delicious, nourishing food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (or require hours in the kitchen) to prepare. My approach focuses on small, sustainable behavior and mindset shifts that add up to have lasting impacts on both physical and mental health. You won't hear me talk about fad diets or "clean" eating – instead, we'll discover how all foods can fit onto a balanced plate. Let's work together to build a new relationship with food that's based on trust, freedom, and joy!
Hello, I’m Lindsey! I’m glad you’re here. As a registered dietitian and certified Intuitive Eating counselor, I use a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to improving health WITHOUT focusing on weight or the scale. By setting aside weight as a goal or marker of success, I find my clients can better focus on caring for themselves, eating with ease, and addressing their health goals directly. I love helping people break free from the guilt and influences of diet culture and manage their PCOS with confidence.
In session, I approach nutrition counseling with compassion and positivity. My goal as a nutrition professional is to center your nutrition goals and have you leave nutrition counseling feeling confident and empowered. I’ll always ask for your feedback and offer you options. Together we’ll create customized ideas and strategies that fit your life. As we continue to meet for follow-up sessions, I will support you in building on your goals, increasing your nutrition knowledge, and developing your skills.
